Transport will be carried out by independent companies. For deliveries in mainland France, customers can choose to have their order delivered by Colissimo, with or without a signature, or to a Mondial Relay collection point.

When collecting your purchases, you will be asked to show proof of identity in the same name as that given when you placed your order.

Delivery is deemed to have been made by the Airborne Museum when the carrier hands over the products ordered to the customer. The customer must personally ensure receipt of the products ordered. The customer undertakes to sign the delivery note for the products.

If the customer is absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will inform the customer as soon as possible that the products have been made available. If this period is exceeded, the parcel will be returned to the Airborne Museum. It is agreed that the cost of returning the package to the customer will be at the customer's expense.

It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the packaging and products and the number of products on receipt. This verification is considered to have been carried out once the customer, or a person authorised by the customer, has signed the delivery note. In the event of any dispute, deterioration of the product during transport, damage, shortage or delay, it is the responsibility of the customer to make clear and precise reservations on the delivery or reception document from the carrier, and to confirm these reservations to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within three (3) days, not including public holidays, following receipt of the products.

In accordance with article L. 224-65 of the French Consumer Code, when the customer personally takes delivery of the items transported and when the carrier does not provide evidence that it gave the customer the opportunity to effectively check that they are in good condition, the above-mentioned period is extended to ten (10) days.

In any event, complaints about apparent defects or non-conformity of the products must be made to the Airborne Museum under the conditions set out in Article 5 of these general terms and conditions.

The Airborne Museum strives to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return or exchange a product, please follow the instructions below.

You have 14 working days (from delivery or collection of your parcel) to exchange or be reimbursed for the items.

Exchanges and refunds are not possible in shop.
